The Koi Artist Award is a tribute to the boundless creativity that artists bring to the world. This award aims to recognize artists who embark on their own transformative journeys improving their artistic career.
We believe in fostering a global community where artists thrive, regardless of their stage in the artistic journey. The Koi Artist Award seeks to provide a platform that celebrates both emerging and established artists, honoring their dedication to their chosen visual mediums. Art knows no boundaries, and neither does the Koi Artist Award. We welcome submissions from artists around the world, spanning diverse styles, techniques, and perspectives.

Eligibility and Rules:
- Open to artists aged 18 years and above worldwide.
- Artworks across all mediums, styles, and genres are accepted.
- Submissions must be original creations of the artist.
- Previous exhibition of artworks is permissible.
- Inappropriate content will result in disqualification.
- Selected artists may need to provide additional promotional information.
- Submission implies consent for display and promotion of artworks.

Judging Criteria:
Submissions will be evaluated based on their: Craftsmanship, Originality, Technical Skill, Composition, and Presentation.
Notification:
Selected artists will receive notifications via email. Additionally, winners and participants will be published on our website and social media channels.
Submission Guidelines:
Entry Fee: $40 for up to 4 artworks. (A nominal charge to offset administrative costs including: maintaining submission platforms, processing and evaluating submissions, and facilitating promotional efforts to showcase artists’ work.)
Open Theme: The KAA theme invites artists to present their finest creations without limitations.
Deadline: Your entries must be submitted by September 30, 2023 to be considered.
Image and Video Requirements: Please ensure that each submitted image meets the following specifications:
Images: Please upload high-quality images of your artworks
- Format: JPEG, TIFF, or PNG
- Resolution: at least 72dpi
- File Size: Up to 5 MB
- Naming Convention: FirstName_LastName_Title.jpg (Example: John_Smith_KoiDreams.jpg)
- No trademarks or backgrounds
Video (if applicable): If submitting video art, please provide a link to an online platform (YouTube, Vimeo) with a clear description and access details.
