This competition seeks to celebrate the beauty, diversity, and complexity of the human form through artistic expressions. Submit your artwork in 2D or 3D mediums before the deadline on August 30th 2023, for a chance to win $200 in cash awards. Selected artworks will receive extensive promotion and be featured in an exclusive exhibition. Open to all artists, regardless of location, and participants must be 18 years or older. 10% of the entry fees from this show will be donated to the Habitat for Humanity. Theme Description
“Figurative Art” refers to art that represents the human form or figures, either realistic or abstract, in various artistic styles and mediums.
Rules and Eligibility
- Open internationally
- Artists must be 18 years or older to apply
- All backgrounds, skill levels and styles accepted
- All visual media accepted: Painting, Mixed Media, Photography, Digital, and Sculpture, 3D Installation
- Entry fees are non-refundable
- 5 images may be submitted per entry fee. Artists may submit multiple entries.
- Images should be original work created by the submitting artist

Awards & Prizes
The prize money for the art contest is unrestricted and can be used in any way that benefits the recipient artist.

Usage & Copyright
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the artist and Blue Koi Gallery. Prior to submitting their artwork, all artists who wish to participate in any competition on our website (koisartistaward.com) are required to consent to the following terms:
Artwork will only be used for marketing, promotional, and display purposes. This includes featuring them on the Blue Koi Gallery website, social media platforms, etc.
The artist hereby grants permission to Blue Koi Gallery to archive selected artwork as a part of the exhibition. This archival will be made accessible for public viewing on our official website (koisartistaward.com).
The selected works will feature the artist’s name, the title of their artwork, and a link back to their website. If the artist doesn’t have a website, we’ll include their email address for contact purposes.
Artist shall retain all copyrights of any image they submit to the Blue Koi Gallery.
The images on this site will not be resold, exchanged, or copied.
