Awards & Prizes
- $250 cash prize awarded to the 1st place winner.
- The first place winner, along with, second, and third place, will be prominently featured with a dedicated article about the artist and their work.
- Top winners receive recognition on our website, newsletter, and extensive media coverage. The winning artwork (first place) has a position on the gallery homepage for 30 days.
- Depending on submission quantity and quality, additional Merit and Honorable Mention awards may be granted.
- The virtual exhibition will showcase the artist’s name, title, and a link to their website or email address.
- All winners will be honored with a digital award certificate.
- All accepted artists will enjoy widespread online exposure and promotion through our website for their talent and work.
*If there are multiple winners for any cash prizes, the funds will be evenly divided among the winners.
Entry fees
This fee is essential for covering administrative costs, facilitating the judging process, and promoting the winning artworks on various platforms.
Standard: $25 for 4 images
Image Requirements:
- File Size: Max 5MB
- Format: jpg, jpeg, png, mp4 only
- Ensure professional presentation; including proper cropping, no mockups, frames or watermarks.
- File Name Format: Artist Name -TitleofArt.jpeg

Terms and Conditions
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the artist and Blue Koi Gallery. Prior to submitting their artwork, all artists who wish to participate in any competition on our website (koisartistaward.com) are required to consent to the following terms:
Artwork will only be used for marketing, promotional, and display purposes. This includes featuring them on the Blue Koi Gallery website, social media platforms, etc.
The artist hereby grants permission to Blue Koi Gallery to archive selected artwork as a part of the exhibition. This archival will be made accessible for public viewing on our official website (koisartistaward.com).
The selected works will feature the artist’s name, the title of their artwork, and a link back to their website. If the artist doesn’t have a website, we’ll include their email address for contact purposes.
Artist shall retain all copyrights of any image they submit to the Blue Koi Gallery.
The images on this site will not be resold, exchanged, or copied.
