All participants will receive a digital certificate. Winners will additionally receive social media and newsletter promotion.

Awards & Prizes
The first, second, and third place winners will receive recognition on the website’s and through our social media channels. Additionally, merit and honorable mention awards will be presented. The exhibition will include the artist’s name, work title, and website or email link. Extensive media coverage and online promotion on our website will be provided to all participants, ensuring widespread exposure of their talent and artwork. Recipients of the competition’s will receive digital certificates.
Rules and Eligibility
- Open internationally
- Artists must be 18 years or older to apply
- All backgrounds, skill levels and styles accepted
- All visual media accepted: Painting, Mixed Media, Photography, Digital, and Sculpture
- Entry fees are non-refundable
- Artists may submit multiple entries.
- Images should be original work created by the submitting artist
Commission-Free Approach:
We empower artists and connect them directly with buyers, ensuring that all sales are exclusively between the artist and the buyer.
Standard: $20 for 4 images / 30 for 6 images
Image Requirements:
- File Size: Max 2MB
- Format: jpg, jpeg, png, mp4 only
- Ensure professional presentation; including proper cropping, no mockups, frames or watermarks.
- File Name Format: Artist Name -TitleofArt.jpeg

Usage & Copyright
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the artist and Blue Koi Gallery. Prior to submitting their artwork, all artists who wish to participate in any competition on our website (koisartistaward.com) are required to consent to the following terms:
Artwork will only be used for marketing, promotional, and display purposes. This includes featuring them on the Blue Koi Gallery website, social media platforms, etc.
The artist hereby grants permission to Blue Koi Gallery to archive selected artwork as a part of the exhibition. This archival will be made accessible for public viewing on our official website (koisartistaward.com).
The selected works will feature the artist’s name, the title of their artwork, and a link back to their website. If the artist doesn’t have a website, we’ll include their email address for contact purposes.
Artist shall retain all copyrights of any image they submit to the Blue Koi Gallery.
The images on this site will not be resold, exchanged, or copied.
