Blue Koi Gallery is proud to announce their Still Life juried art competition that is open to artists from all over the world! All applicants must be 18 years or older and submit 5 original pieces that adhere to the theme of “Still Life”. Submissions will be judged based on technique, interpretation of the theme, originality, and artistic expression. Cash prizes up to $200 will be awarded to winning artists. Theme Description
Still life artwork is often used to explore the beauty of everyday objects and the relationships between them. Still life is a genre of art that focuses on depicting inanimate objects, usually commonplace items. These objects can be either natural, such as food, flowers, plants, rocks, or man-made objects like furniture and appliances.
Accepted Media
Visual art in various forms such as Painting, Mixed Media, Photography, Digital, and Sculpture, 3D Installation will all be taken into consideration.

The prize money for the art contest is unrestricted and can be used in any way that benefits the recipient artist.
